VIDEOR E. Hartig GmbH has acquired a majority stake in Videotronic AG, headquartered in the greater Zurich area, thereby significantly expanding its service offering for customers in Switzerland. The Videotronic AG brand will remain an independent company under the leadership of Managing Director Christos Sgouros and will operate under the addition “a VIDEOR Company.”

Managing Director Dominik Mizdrak emphasizes the importance of Switzerland for VIDEOR:
