Managed clever: the account area

As we only deliver to approved resellers, much information and many areas such as prices and availability are protected by login. You can receive access data from our sales department. You can then create additional users as administrator of your account and assign them different user classes. It is therefore possible to create a user who can see net prices and availability, and also has the right to place orders (such as a buyer), or create another user who is only authorised for list prices and availability. Depending on the user class, you can also see your current vouchers and track shipments in the account area. This applies to all orders, regardless of whether they were placed in the web shop or by phone. When the goods are to be delivered to a different address, directly to your customer for example, you can create and manage different supply addresses in the shop. We have grouped the checkout on a single page to simplify it when ordering. You can therefore see everything at a glance and place an order in a single step.

Multiple watchlists for projects and favourites

If you use our shop a lot, the watchlists will be an important tool for you. You can use them to save unlimited product listings for subsequent processing. These may be prepared projects or collections of favourites and frequently used products. From the watchlist, you can order directly or transfer products into the product comparison. The ability to place the product directly into different watchlists is helpful. When you have more than one watchlist therefore, you will be asked for the desired destination at Add to List.
