What do you have to know when you configure PNR-5300 series recorders?
When you install a PNR-5300 series recorder you must know that it has two separate networks consisting of the camera network with integrated PoE switch (including the Video In / Ext port on the PNR-5308 and PNR-5316 models) and the WAN (Network Client) port. IP address configuration for the camera network is made at Camera Registration under "Advanced Configuration".
When the two networks are not connected to each other over an external switch, they must be placed in different IP segments because otherwise there will be problems with camera registration and/or image display.
HD-TVI recorder does not recognise the camera.
Please note that the TVR-1004, TVR-2008, TVR-2016 and TVR-3016 eneo HD-TVI recorders only recognise a newly connected camera after the device has been restarted.

If a firmware update is required, you can search on our website for the appropriate model at this link:
Access is also possible to the DCR model series from RAS Mobile when software version 7.00.011, 7.01.050 or 7.01.051 is installed on the devices. There is unfortunately no access by app for eneo video recorders in the BTR and BCR model series.
